We recently had DBS remodel our kitchen, hall bathroom and master bathroom. The results were extraordinary -- a complete transformation in each room! Their workmanship is top-notch and each member of the crew, as well as the office staff, was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They were very committed to keeping us informed of what to expect that day and the upcoming days. They always made sure we knew which members of the crew would be coming on a given day, and what time they planned to arrive each morning and would contact us if they were going to be delayed. Cleanliness was a high priority, whether it was covering floors and carpets with protective sheeting, installing dust barriers, running air filtration equipment, rearranging tools, boxes of tiles and other supplies to make our movement through the house/garage safer and easier or just cleaning up every day before they left -- something rarely seen with other contractors. They handily navigated the supply disruptions of the pandemic, juggling work items to always maintain forward progress. They were always concerned with our satisfaction, never hesitating to consult with us if an unexpected or not previously discussed design decision needed to be made (as opposed to other contractors who would just plow ahead so they can get to the next job). During the project, we had requested some changes/additions including replacing our front entry door and the door from the garage to the mudroom. In every case, they were happy to accommodate our requests. Major renovations like ours are no small feat and there are always inconveniences, but thanks to the caliber of the whole team from DBS our overall experience was much better than I ever expected, and the results were spectacular!
