We continue to raise the bar on professionalism and these standards that we have created are designed to allow our clients to enjoy the home remodeling process.

Excellence in Service Program

When DBS Remodel, Inc. president Brian Altmann landed his first deck project in 1986, just one week after graduating from college, he felt an amazing sense of appreciation for his very first clients trust in his ability and also for granting him the “privilege” to build their new custom pool deck. Yes indeed it was a privilege. Brian’s first client had met with three other remodelers, all of whom had more experience than he, yet chose Brian because he was in the mood to give an aspiring young kid an opportunity. At this moment Brian realized that all consumers have choices, and when given that special opportunity…it must be embraced with appreciation and reciprocated with stellar customer service!

Since those early days, customer service has remained the crowning jewel of our philosophy. We have been educated, thankfully, by our clients over the years to understand and appreciate that the Remodeling Experience is of utmost importance to them. The craftsmanship of our team is surely important to all, yet, the process by which we get there leaves an equally indelible mark for our clients. Achieving success with the Remodeling Experience requires an immense amount of focus, passion and training by the entire team!

After 25 years in business DBS Remodel, Inc. has set out to solidify and enhance the entire Remodeling Experience for our clients by implementing our very own Excellence in Service Program. We have had the privilege of achieving an “excellent” rating from over 93% of our clients throughout the years. This unique program will allow DBS Remodel, Inc. to continue to be a perennial leader in our industry with regard to client satisfaction and overall client experience.
